To all members and guests, there will be a Mass Registration of AEGS on our gamesyt this Sunday at Carmen.. FESAG Forms are already available at Carl Labis Shop. Max of 4 Aegs in a form. 1.) Accomplished Application form (kuha mo sa shop ni Mr. President)
2.) TIN
3.) Photocopy of Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
4.) 1pc. 1x1 Picture
5.) 1pc. 2x2 Picture
5.) AEG Serial Number Engraving
6.) Php 200.00 Registration fee per AEG
7.) Php 350.00 for PTT
8.) Php 100.00 for Notarial Fee

Puede naay mag post ug "idiot's guide" on what to do samtang naa pay time to prepare the requirements.

Mass Registration of AEGS on Sunday May 25, 2008 is canceled due to SERIAL NUMBER AND PLATES... Please be informed to all players and members pls secure immediately your serial number and plates sa shop ni Carl Labis. Mass Registration will be on June 1, 2008. Prepare all the requirements needed- money, and plates with your serial number. And most of all, pls bring your units during the registration kay mag chrono pa sa tanan units did2 by FESAG officials.
Non-Sag members are welcome. However, we are giving high priority to the members kay daghan kau ang members sa SAG with multiple units. Hope you understand.
Hopefully, magstart ta sa ato Mass Registration sa morning para ma accommodate jud tanan. But we will still try to persuade FESAG na early ta magstart para mahuman ta og sau and makadula pa ta diba??? Diba braders??? hahahaha... for queries, post lang or text 09157713714... tnx

To All SAG Team Leaders:
Please make a complete list of All Players in your team. Complete name, address, birthday, serial number, make/model, other markings. Please give the list to SAG Office (Carl Labis Shop). This is very important to all players in your team for registration.
The list of players sa SAG is important based on the MEMORANDUM sent by the PNP. Please give the list ASAP! Strict compliance please...
If wala ang names sa inyo players, delikado kaayo if sugod na sila mang raid unya wala sila sa listahan.
